RETURN AND REFUND POLICY
We will only provide a full refund under the following circumstances:
- If delivery is done by us and the Product is damaged upon its arrival at the shipping address, or
- If the Product you have selected is not available or is out of stock and you do not wish to substitute it with another Product or Products of equivalent value.
To receive a refund, the Product must be returned within 24 hours of delivery. Please call us at 03 2093 8811 or email us at enquiries@suanson.com.my.
We do not issue refunds for Products that have been damaged (due to no fault of ours). We also do not issue refunds for the cost of delivery for you to return the Product to us. No refunds will be provided for customers who take more than 24 hours to contact us.
There will be no full or partial refunds if you choose to keep the Product. You will only be issued a refund if you return the Product.
Refunds are only issued within 10 business days.
